I have made all-Lexan mouthpieces before. Lexan is pretty difficult to work with. It flexes and tries to slip out of whatever is holding it, which is a big problem. I doubt that I would have time to try it anytime soon, considering how far behind I am right now. It's not as clear as Plexigas, but a lot more durable. Why would you want it? 301-871-3535
