Several of you have been eager for me to list this BRAND NEW instrument on eBay. I finally got it done tonight (March 3), and it is a 10-day with no reserve. The minimum bid is $3999.99 (CHEAP), so have fun!
As I mentioned in previous posts and/or e-mail responses, this tuba is a "stencil", which means that another name, other than the actual manufacturer's name, is engraved on the bell. The brand name "WURZBACH" is engraved on this tuba, and "Rudolf Meinl" is NOT engraved on it at all.
WITH the "Rudolf Meinl" engraving, this instrument sells for a "competitive discount price" of about $7000 with a hard case at "tuba boutiques", so have fun with this auction, if you are interested!
