Why don't you zip down to the Czech Republic and see what you can do at the factory? Also, when I was in Vienna 3 years ago, I saw numerous Cervennys in retail shops. As I recall, they were priced pretty reasonable. I don't know what the duty on importing instruments into Germany would be, and you would have to consider shipping expenses. In addition, there are so many good tubas made in Germany, I would think that you could find some good deals.
