I've had a used CB-50 for a few months now, and am enjoying playing it very much. That is not to say I'm enjoying hauling or holding it in place that much, but the ease of playing and the sweet, robust tone it produces makes up for the hassle of dealing with it otherwise. I truly hope this horn is not on the endangered list, because we need to have some good American tubas to choose from.
