Gosh, Marty, you could set up a GG contra, a BBb, a CC, a D, an Eb, an F, a G and a Bb euph, and play them like a trained seal! Course you'll need to come up with a AAb and an Ab, but ....

More seriously, I have reached the point where the horns I think USUALLY play best are CC and Eb, and this does lie in between; but I get to be more fond of Eb all the time. You can get monsters that (with an extra valve or two) can play the low heavy stuff, and smaller Ebs that are great on the chamber stuff, and smaller ones still that are like an extra sweet-sounding euph. Besides, this old dog is only now really getting comfortable with Eb fingerings, and adding D fingerings would be too much for me!
