The first thing you have to do is STOP WORRYING!!! Every bit of energy, both physical and mental, you waste on things you can't control cannot be used to make you sound better. One of the keys to effective performance is to focus your concentration and be absolutely single minded in your efforts. Next, if you've really prepared as you say you have, at some point during that time you must have played just about every note you're going to play tomorrow correctly. Try to focus in on what that sounded like and try to imitate it. And remember that an audition committee might overlook mistakes if you play the music convincingly. Be the ideal musician you imagine, tell the story as you see it. And don't underestimate your preparation or your confidence. Having a positive attitude may be all it takes at this point.
