I have a 4H that was built in 1929. It is a good small bore horn. The one thing I noticed in the pictures of the one on ebay is that it looks like the slide section to bell section fitting is just a press fit, it doesn't have the threaded locking fitting. You could probably get the fitting updated, but the cost of doing that plus the cost of the horn might get you in the price range of a horn like a King 2B.
