My guess is that Musica is another B&S nameplate. I have seen "East" (if you will) German bassoons, French horns, and other instruments with that name from "East" Germany.
I believe that U.M.I. (you King/Armstrong or Conn/Artley dealer) imports the tubas with that nameplate.
