Hi!There´re a few good ideas here allready, so here´s yet another one:
I initially had the exact same problem with the offbeat-section of Hindenith 2.movement. So finally what I came up with was
1. start REALLY slow and work your way up beat per beat.
2. stop breathing on the beats, cause it wont help at faster speeds.
3. stop thinking in singular beats, but go to whole bars instead.
with the "Whole-bar-scheme" you break the tempo down to half the original or so and get a feel for the offbeats at a faster tempo faster.
What´s the piece anyway?
