I can give some insight on the Meinl 2145.

It totally depends what you want it for. It is nothing short of perfect for my primary playing concerns right now, which are quintet and solo playing. It's a very limber horn with a surprising low range, and a good amount of projection. However, I am performing with an orchestra this month and I've noticed in rehearsals that in the mid-low register it doesn't profide a huge basis for the brass section that my old Alexander BBb did. The piece I am playing in is the Shostakovich Festive Overture, which gets pretty bombastic. But I don't do enough large scale orchestral playing to warrant shunning this horn in that respect.

So, in short: easy to play, easy to keep in tune, great sound for your smaller needs and requires a twist and a turn to get all of the spit... er.. condensation out of the horn. Make sure you try out this great horn!
