Define "marching songs" -- if it's written, it can be done on the field, even Revueltas's "Sensamaya", complete with tuba solo at the beginning.

Or, you can arrange something yourself, too. I know of one kid back at my old high school who put together Dr. Dre's "Dre Day" (or whatever the title was -- it's from The Chronic album) for the band to play, and it was a hit with the rest of the students. But, that might be a little extreme. However, one idea to toss around when looking for something to play is that the tubas might not need the melody, but instead be a highly important part of the drive & motion of the song. It can be said that New Orleans-street-style bands can get away with only reasonable talent on the upper instruments, but require a monster sousaphone player to keep things in line.
