Are you claiming that you can identify the frequency of a tone, IN HERTZ, just by hearing it, OR are simply stating that you can hear a 2 Hz difference when listening to two tones played sequentially? (I'd assume most folks could hear that two instruments were off by 2 Hz if played SIMULTANEOUSLY.) Or are you stating that you can listen to two different performances, played on different nights, and tell that one group used A=440, whilst the other used A=442? (That's essentially the same as my first question, I think. I've never been around "perfect pitch" people, so I have no understanding of the implications of this "talent".) I would be amazed to see this ability in action! But is it a benefit or a curse?
