You should be able to check with your local music stores. It's pretty common for stores to take trade-ins of old tubas when schools upgrade, and a lot of schools are switching from OTS horns to sousaphones or bigger OTS. The small Yamaha convertables are currently a dime a dozen, though the prices are probably still a bit inflated.
