guess what i am 45 years old and i still get a zitt or two on around my nose . but when i play tuba especaily on a silver mouth piece i get little pimple on my bottom lip some times one right under my nose where the mouth peice rubs . I had my favorite mouth peice gold plated and i found a product that seems to heal my pimles fast. it is walmart stuff called ITCH-EX its used for insect bites but it seems to suck out the poision. It is in a yellow tube about 4 inches long. Works well for me some of my students has had the same problem even with very dry chaped lips and it started healing it with in a day. might be good idea to talk to your doctor about this product make sure you dont injest it or any thing .
