Making out-of-print available is a complex issue. See thread from last month's archives-- Tuba Music and Recordings OOP.
As a profession, we need to try to find ways of addressing this situation. We are in need of changes/adjustments in existing copyright laws in order to find fair and above-board ways of making out of print-- but still copyrighted-- materials available.
