Try using more air, and more steady air. I know it sounds odd, but I play on an alex (supposedly some of the worst intonation) and have to move my 1st vlv slide about an inch up or down on e's and g's. When I first got the horn and for about the first 6 months, I was having a horrible time getting notes in tune and I just started really blowing and filling up the horn. No more problems. My teacher never pulls a slide on either his F (PT-10) or his CC (Alex). Also, you have to hear the pitch to play the pitch...if you don't have the ears for the Eb and Ab then work on that as well.
