The short answer is:
The lowest legit fingering for a 3v EEb is A on the 3rd leger below the bass clef staff. It is normally played 123.
Besides that, I, and others who have posted here, have been able to get false tones(I think)below that with
Ab = open
G = 2
Gb = 1
etc.
