Several years ago I redesigned the original Dr. Young tuba mouthpiece for John Kovalchik, a music teacher in State College, PA. He liked it very much. Recently another batch of them was made and they work especially well on the St. Petersburg Tuba. They increase the amplitude of the fundamental in the lower register greatly. One can be obtained from me for $75.
