I am looking for an inexpensive ($40-$75.00) microphone to record practicing and possibly for audition tapes - local stuff, not the BSO! I am seriously considering the Crown Sound Grabber II mic, a PZM type of mic. Sam Ash has it for around $69. Anyone use this particular model? Any other suggestions in my price range? No vocal mics - I want something with a flat response down to at least 60hz and preferably below.
