If you have a used Meinl Weston with rotors, have it spend some quality time with a brass repairman if you need faster rotors. They may be dirty, the bearings may be loose, there could be any number of reasons why they are not performing 100%. If the mechanical aspects are not right, the best valve oil in the world won't make it right.
If all it needs is oil, I'd suggest trying the Hetman lubricants. They are amongst the best I've ever used, for feel, speed, and durability.
