Standard fingering charts for 3-valve BBb tubas usually end at 1-2-3 valve E on the space below the 4th ledger line below the bass staff. I was taught that pedal tones for the BBb tuba are all notes below this. Thus, for CC tuba, this would be all notes below F# on the 4th ledger line below the bass staff.
