"The Casbah of Tetouan" by Kerry Turner is a favorite of mine- great fun for all the players. I'm not entirely sure if I can use it here since I'm not certain which came first, the brass quintet version of the horn quintet version. I also really like the John Harbison "Christmas Vespers" (although, since this uses quintet plus a narrator, it might not count either).
