Actually, the 6/4 4-valve Martin BBb can be seen on the Dutch Tuba site:

It is photo # 169. I'll try to scan a photo of the 3-valve Martin BB with the standard 24" bell. You might be able to see Mr. Fred Exner playing it on the old Guy Lombardo shows from the fifties; PBS has been airing some of these in certain areas). The 30" bell comes from yet another horn and fits on both of these tubas, but I haven't taken a photo of it yet.
