My assessment is correct. Thanks for assuming otherwise, master of all he surveys.

We do play as a section and it is him that does not. The rest of us do not have the problem. I was merely posting to see if others had similar problems.

Believe me, people post what is happening and Assuming is not a good thing. Hence the bad news bears motto. U make an Ass out U or Me. Ass U Me.

I have been teaching private lessons since 1972 and have taught at some small colleges as well. Got my first paid gig in 72 as well. Never quit playing.

How many symphony orchestra players do you know would give a sectional rehearsal to a community group of tuba players especially during the season?
