You are probably like I sometimes am. If your attention span runs out, don't fight it. Go watch a movie or something and come back to it later. When it runs out again, go do something else and keep coming back. Sometimes I can practice for a long time, and sometimes I can't. When I can't, this is what I do, and I've found that it works. I also used to be on ritalin back in 8th grade. I was taking from Mr. Sellmansberger (gosh, I hope I didn't slaughter your name too bad) at this time, and I think he's commented before on my attention span (or lack thereof) when I took from him. Ritalin never really helped me. Mainly, it just knocked me out. It's highly overperscribed. If the reason you can't stay focussed is because you're hyper and have too much energy, then maybe it will work for you. Otherwise, it won't do anything. Hope it gets better soon, and good luck on your jury.

Austin
