For what its worth,
I have a Yamaha Tuba and Euphonium catologue that I got from the local Yamaha dealer 2 or 3 years ago (In Tallahassee Florida). 1st thing you see in it is a full page picture of the YBB-841. Description:
Custom
YBB-841 in BBb
Front action valves: 4 rotors
Bell: 450mm (17-3/4")
Bore: 20.7 (0.815")
Finish: Laquer
Mouthpiece: 67C4
Gold brass: (YBB-841G)

Desctiption nearly matches that of the YCB-861 (Rotory CC), so maybe Yamaha was going for a BBb version of that horn?

This catologue was put out when Yamaha's Pro Eb was still the 631 (17-1/2" Bell) and they had a 4-valve non-comp euph with the 4th valve on the side (YEP-621), looks like its just a 321 with the 4th valve moved to the side, and maybe a large reciever.
