As everyone else said, relax and stay focused. Melodic minor scale = play like major, but lower the third scale degree on the way up, and when you come back down you lower the 7th, 6th, and 3rd scale degrees. Ex. Bb melodic minor scale up = Bb, C, Db, Eb, F, G, A, Bb on the way down = Bb, Ab, Gb, F, Eb, Db, C, Bb.
