I go through them every so often. Usually all I have to do is shake up my practice routine, if I had been working on mostly solos I'll go back to technique, and if I've been working on mostly technique I'll pull out some fun solos. Playing both tuba and euph regularly helps here, since if I'm sick of practicing it usually means I haven't played both frequently and I just pull out the one that I'd been neglecting. I guess what I'm saying just shake up your routine, and if that isn't enough, take a day off. One hour of good, focused practice is better than two hours of time you put on the horn just for the sake of putting time on the horn.

PS The CD is still coming. I'm sorry it's so late! I'll have time after Easter, I'll try to get it off by then.
