It was one great final concert. Where else could you see Brian Bowman, Velvet Brown, Adam Frye, and one of the best bands in the nation on one stage?
If you've never heard Velvet Brown, buy her new CD. It's excellent. She may be the most expressive tubaist (or tubist) I've ever heard live.
