There had been a post that Sheet Music Service still had the band arrangements
I talked to them today and they say it is P. O. P. and that Fischer won't make an archive copy.
Sheet Music Service is deleting this from their catalog (they still have the tuba and piano version)
Makes you think that with all the fuss over copyright there should be a rule - permanently out of print => copyright period ends
