I just received my NEW Glen Cronkhite bag and it's WONDERFUL!!
If you don't know the story behind Glen and Reunion Blues, suffice it so say that Glen is now making his bags under his own name after Reunion left the states to make their products with lower paid labor. He has even made some improvements on his original design. They are definitely worth a look. As far as protection goes, I believe they provide an good level of protection for a gig (dent) bag. :-)
