That's a keeper! For many of us, that's the only thing keeping us fit. That's what got me from a sit-under-a-tuba-at-college slog to being able to get a good fitness score in the Marines.
A lot of work? No kidding! That two-foot distance to getting above the pullup bar is the longest, most hard-fought distance I've had to travel. Took me 30 years -- I could never do it in school, either.
But, heck, if I did it, than it can be done. Like Rick here said, how badly do you want it?
