The fingerings you are using are the standard fingerings for an F tuba, which, as with your bass trombone, play these notes on the in-tune 8th partial. Mary Ann is playing notes in the 7th partial, which is typically quite flat (and, theoretically, is supposed to be). It's a good management approach when the 8th partial in uncontrollably sharp, but there may be other solutions in the mouthpiece department. Of course, you will have to use a very different sort of mouthpiece to get a characteristic trombone sound.
