I hate to say it, but it's kind of reassuring that other people are having problems with this company. I was beginning to think I was the only one. I have had problems with the BM store that services my area for over a year now. Mostly in terms of lack of service, not showing up, not responding to email, not coming to pick up rentals for students who have maintenance problems, etc. The regional store has just changed management, for the 4th or 5th time in two years, and I now have the 5 new field rep in 5 years. I have already informed the store that they will not be getting my beginning band rental business have already taken my business elsewhere. I have been told that another BM store in the state, but not in my region, does a fine business and that area band directors are quite happy with their service. I will be interested to see if this company stays in business, at this rate.
