Alexander Nevsky at excessive volumes. What a tuba concerto! My favorite recording is of Montreal/Dutoit. I believe that is Ellis Wean.
I got to hear this performed live by St. Louis several years ago. Mike Sanders is a tremendous tuba player and really was phenomenal on this performance (as he always is!).
