DO you find that the Willson tends to be sharp? I have to pull my tuning slide out about 2 thirds of the way out to get to A 440. Which leaves less than an inch of the tuning slide remaining in the tuba. Also, the only slide that is pulled out to what I would consider a "normal" distance is the third valve slide. My first valve slide is out about an eighth of an inch. And my second, fourth, and fifth valve slides are all the way in and I wish I could push them in further. It is a new horn, do I just have to get used to it or is this pretty common?
