I tend to write on BBS's like I talk to people: in terse comments salted with hints of my point of view. Sometimes people get me and sometimes they don't. In person, it's easy to redirect the conversation when we end up on different tangents. Not so on TubeNet. The slowness of the replies tends to kill the flow.
I guess I need to leave less to interpretation and be more direct.
