It really depends on what they have in the way of graduate students. Currently I am the instructor for undergrads. But the music program is very small at ND. I only have one tuba student at the moment. Otherwise they use local players. I am studying with Floyd Cooley at Depaul. As a graduate assistant, they pretty much just tell you to find who you want to study with, and for the most part they pick up the tab. It is a very different music program.
