Tuba sounds are Mike Thornton in the Cincinnati Symphony, Shmuel Hersko Israel Philharmonic, Bob Tucci, and Gary Ofenloch for orchestral. Velvet Brown, and John Fletcher for solo sound, and for jazz Dave Bargeron hands down, Sam Pilafian is a close second. Bass Bone hands down is Pete Norton of the Cincinnati Symphony. HOLY CRAP! Second would be Michael Davis in Israel, and Tom Klaber in Cleveland is not far behind.
