You know, I have a professional bass trombonist friend who absolutely is in love with his new (not 2950, but) "another-brand" of "oversize" euphonium. I'm not going to get in to any of the typical b.s. about "concept of sound", etc., but is is possible that oversize euphoniums "feel" better to many bass trombonists?
