The finger buttons on Yamaha professional instruments are about quarter-sized (that's close to an inch) and have a classic look with a mother-of-pearl inlay and a fluted edge. Lee Stofer installed a set of those on my Holton, and even with the wide spread of those valves, they work just fine.
