Plugging a recital for a friend:
Tony Alvarado-Ortiz is presenting a concert of tuba STANDARDS this Sunday, March 7 at 8:30pm in Morphy Hall on the UW-Madison campus. He's doing the Hindemith Sonate, Vaughan Williams Concerto, J.S. Bach Eb Flute Sonata and the Persichetti Serenade. The boy's making some nice music....Check it out.
