Your horn, mouthpiece, and the condition of your embouchure affect the intonation of these notes, so different fingerings may help you control the intonation of the more troublesome notes. As you get higher, the open tones (which are governed by the harmonic series of the instrument) get closer and closer together.

Starting with high Bb, you can play Bb, C, D, E, and F open, though some of the notes are way out of tune. The open C is usually better in tune than any of the valve combinations. Above this, the harmonics are so close together that someone with a good lip can play anything above F# open, although standard fingerings for these notes may help control center and control.

Here are some fingerings for the high notes that have worked for me in the past:

Bb - 0, 1, 2/3
B - 1/2, 2(works better for me)
C - 0(best for me), 1, 4, 1/3
Db - 2, 1/2, 2/3
D - 0, 1/2, 3, 1
Eb - 1(best), 2, 2/3
E - 2, 0(terribly flat), 1, 1/2
F - 0, 1

Anything above this is a crapshoot.
