Most brass or Salvation Army bands have a Eb tuba part. Just add 3 flats and play your fingering as you do on your Bb using your Bb horn.
You may play more in the higher register, but that's not a problem. Many times the Bb part is just an octave lower, so you could at times, play down an octave.
