You might try the isolation method - nothing but treble clef until you "get it", if that's possible for you.

I disagree with the use of the EEb brass band tuba parts - in the brass band band those parts are usually independent of the BBb parts, and if you're a BBb player, you'll be playing the wrong part for the "voice" your BBb is expected to bring to the arrangement.

That said, it's handy to read e-flat clef - you can cover baritone sax parts...

Jump in and have at it - it's just a new clef - it won't bite you.
