Any dealer will have agreements with certain manufacturers. You're probably better off deciding which particular brands and models of tuba you want to consider and then finding a dealer from which to buy them rather than buying whatever your local dealer happens to have. Would you buy a Ford because the Ford dealer was closer when what you really wanted was a Chevy?
Whatever store you go to, don't buy something because it is the best of what they have if you aren't absolutely certain that it is the best for you. Also, make sure that you have a good idea of what the going price is for any tuba before buying one. Information is your friend when buying any big ticket item.
