It takes a city with an international airport, and the time, patience and persistence to do an informal one-time entry. I know this is possible for items less than $10,000.00, so I don't know if you could import the Hirsbrunner yourself. If not, then you need to secure the services of a brokerage firm who will, for a price, complete all the necessary documents and arrangements, and notify you of when to come pay them and pick up your instrument.
