Reading Eflat treble clef parts is easy if you "cheat". Just read
them as bass clef and add three flats to the key signature. This
works fine, although accidentals take a little getting used to. What
frequently throws me are "reminder" accidentals. Eflat Bass parts
in brass bands are, on the whole, a lot of fun. Sometimes you're a
tuba, somethimes you're a bass euph, and on pop arrangements you're
often the bari sax. It's a great technical and musical challenge
and I hope you have a terrific time.
