Just to make sure that you don't have some really horrible problem, have someone (NOT push them down, but) put sideways pressure on all of your pistons (fingerbuttons) while you blow a bunch of open notes. If you still get the vibration, at least you probably know that the pistons are not rattling within their casings from a loose fit. From there, you can go on to find the (very annoying but) less critical problem more at your leisure.
I sure hope your problem gets solved for you, soon! Man, I HATE those vibration problems when they occur on my instrument, and even worse, hard-to-find ones on other's instruments who expect me to be able to locate the problem within a few seconds.
