I like it, the large dark sound is beautiful and not that expensive, I am a music major and play BBb and pretty much the st. pete meets my needs but if you have the money to spend I would suggest a highjer quality used horn a week ago there were two miraphone 186 on ebay that sold pretty cheaop there is actually a meinl weston there I nelieve right now for arounfd two thousand, just take a look aroundit all depends on how far you intend to go it would be ashame if you bought a new horn just to realize a year later that you have outgrown it.
